Managed LLM

Managed LLM means GridWork uses its own API key for LLM calls — you don't need to provide your own OpenAI key or configure BYOK. Usage is tracked against your credit balance.

Add-on pricing

• Solo plan: +$29/month
• Team plan: +$79/month

Budget caps

1. Go to Settings > Billing > Managed LLM.
2. Set a monthly LLM spend cap.
3. GridWork sends email alerts at 80% and 100% of your cap.

Overage charges

If you exceed your cap, additional LLM calls are charged at 2x the standard credit rate.

Without managed LLM

You must configure your own API keys via Settings > Integrations:

• OpenAI (BYOK)
• Ollama (local LLM)

You are billed directly by the provider for usage.
