Organizations
Your organization is the top-level container for all GridWork HQ resources.
When you sign up, GridWork creates one organization for your account automatically. Your org is where pipelines, clients, integrations, and credits live.
Organization setup
- Go to Settings > Organization.
- Enter your organization name (e.g., "Acme Agency").
- Upload a logo (optional).
- Click Save.
What's shared
On the Team plan, all members of your org share:
- The pipeline library and custom pipelines
- Client records
- The credit pool (6,000 credits/mo + any purchased packs)
On the Solo plan, you're the only member.
Switching organizations
If you're a member of multiple organizations, click the org selector in the top left to switch between them.
Organization settings
- Organization > Name & Logo — update your branding
- Team — invite members and manage roles
- Billing — manage your subscription and credits
- Integrations — connect tools for all pipelines to use
