Organizations

When you sign up, GridWork creates one organization for your account automatically. Your org is where pipelines, clients, integrations, and credits live.

Organization setup

1. Go to Settings > Organization.
2. Enter your organization name (e.g., "Acme Agency").
3. Upload a logo (optional).
4. Click Save.

What's shared

On the Team plan, all members of your org share:

• The pipeline library and custom pipelines
• Client records
• The credit pool (6,000 credits/mo + any purchased packs)

On the Solo plan, you're the only member.

Switching organizations

If you're a member of multiple organizations, click the org selector in the top left to switch between them.

Organization settings

• Organization > Name & Logo — update your branding
• Team — invite members and manage roles
• Billing — manage your subscription and credits
• Integrations — connect tools for all pipelines to use
