Invites

Invite team members and manage seat capacity.

Invite team members to join your organization.

Sending an invite

  1. Go to Settings > Team > Invite Member.
  2. Enter their email address.
  3. Select a role: Owner, Admin, or Member.
  4. Click Send Invite.

They receive an email via Resend with an accept link. Once they accept, they join your org immediately.

Seat capacity

  • Solo plan: 1 seat (just you). Adding a second member triggers an upgrade prompt.
  • Team plan: up to 15 seats.

Pending invites

Pending invites appear in Settings > Team until accepted or expired. Invites expire after 7 days.

To resend an invite, click Resend next to the pending member.

To cancel an invite, click Revoke.

Removing a member

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click the member's role.
  3. Select Remove Member.
  4. Confirm deletion.

Removed members lose access immediately. Their role is freed up.
