Roles

Owner, Admin, and Member roles control what each user can access.

Every team member has a role that determines their permissions.

Role permissions

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access: billing, org settings, member management, all pipelines and data. Only the Owner can delete the organization.
AdminEverything except billing and org deletion. Can invite/remove members, manage integrations, run and edit pipelines.
MemberCan run pipelines, view reports, and access the pipeline library. Cannot access Settings.

Changing a role

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click a member's role.
  3. Select a new role.
  4. Click Save.

Only Owners and Admins can change roles.

Owner vs. Admin

  • Owner — one per organization, has full control including billing and org deletion
  • Admins — multiple admins allowed, can manage most things except billing and org deletion

Promote a team member to Admin if you trust them with operational decisions.
