Discord

Connect GridWork HQ to Discord and send messages to your channels from pipeline nodes.

Prerequisites

• Discord server with the Manage Webhooks permission

Connect to Discord

1. In Discord, go to Server Settings > Integrations > Webhooks.
2. Click New Webhook.
3. Select the channel where GridWork should send messages.
4. Give the webhook a name (e.g., "GridWork HQ").
5. Click Copy Webhook URL.
6. In GridWork HQ, go to Settings > Integrations > Discord.
7. Paste the Webhook URL into the field.
8. Click Connect.

What It Enables

Once connected, pipeline nodes can send messages to your Discord channel. You can:

• Route notifications to different channels by creating multiple webhook integrations (one per channel).
• Format messages with embeds, code blocks, and mentions.
• Trigger alerts for pipeline events.

Disconnect from Discord

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Discord.
2. Click Remove or Disconnect.
3. The webhook is immediately disabled in Discord.
