Zapier

Connect GridWork HQ to Zapier and build two-way automations: trigger GridWork pipelines from Zapier, or trigger Zapier zaps from GridWork.

Prerequisites

• Zapier account

Set Up Zapier Trigger in GridWork

1. In GridWork HQ, go to Settings > Integrations > Inbound Webhook.
2. Click Create Webhook to get your webhook URL.
3. Copy the URL.

Set Up GridWork Trigger in Zapier

1. In Zapier, create a new Zap with Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger.
2. Select Catch Hook as the trigger action.
3. Copy the Zapier webhook URL.
4. In GridWork HQ, go to Settings > Integrations > Zapier.
5. Paste the Zapier webhook URL.
6. Click Connect.

What It Enables

Once connected, you can:

• Trigger GridWork pipelines from any Zapier automation (Gmail, Slack, form submissions, etc.).
• Send pipeline results to Zapier as a trigger for downstream actions.
• Build complex workflows that combine GridWork and Zapier capabilities.

Example Workflow

1. A new email arrives in Gmail.
2. Zapier extracts the message and POSTs to your GridWork inbound webhook.
3. A GridWork pipeline processes the email and generates a response.
4. GridWork sends the response back to Zapier.
5. Zapier sends the response via Slack or email.

Disconnect from Zapier

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Zapier.
2. Click Remove or Disconnect.
